Hi All
I'm a little over 8 weeks with my first baby and a little nervous
over the weekend I drove for about 5 ish hours visiting family etc as I got engaged - since then I've had mild on and off cramping since I got home yesterday evening and a back ache - nausea is pretty bad since week 5 and I had a scan last week so got to see the little bean with a heartbeat and it exactly where it needs to be. No spotting or anything but just looking for a little reassurance if possible. Did you get sporadic cramping like a sore muscle or very mild period cramp?
Thanks !

I had loads of cramping between weeks 6&10! They felt just like period cramps and I've had them on and off since, I'm now 17+4 and everything is well 🥰 everything is stretching and getting ready so it can happen! X

I had constant mild period-type aching between weeks 5 - 8, and then the cramps gradually became less frequent. I’m now almost 13 weeks, and still get the odd ache. It does seem to happen most when I’ve been driving! X

Thank you both ! It's definitely eased since week 5 but it's just a bit of a bothersome issue now and I'm a little anxious. you both have helped thank you xxx

Even though your baby is teeny tiny they are growing, as is your body!
All very normal op!
Congrats on your baby and engagement!
