when can you use a pregnancy ball??

i'm 28 weeks and i can't remember when i started using my pregnancy ball with my son. i wouldn't just want to sit on it tho but not sure if you can move or bounce on it yet? TIA

I'm not sure what you mean. You want to know if bouncing on a ball is safe at 28 weeks? Surely it's no different from going on a bumpy car ride or doing some star jumps. Or have I missed the point?
