TMI photo!!! 5 weeks pregnant and bleeding 😔

i went for 6 week scan yesterday morning and the lady struggled to find my ovaries and also a embryo (she said I had a tilted/twisted cervix) she said my uterus lining was prepared for pregnancy and she found a black dot that measured at 4weeks 6 days which she said could just mean that I’m earlier than I thought. She sent me for bloods to check my levels see if they double within the next couple of days.

so tonight for the last couple of hours iv been having cramps and light pink/red bleeding not enough to fill half a tampon (I know shouldn’t be going on tampons but it’s all I had as in at work) I’m just panicking and won’t be able to speak to early pregnancy unit untill Monday. I was just wondering if there is anyone who’s had similar or can pass on some thoughts/advice on what they think is happening.

It could just be some spotting, OP. It may also be the beginning of a mc. I have had 3 mc's and 3 successful pregnancies. It could really go either way.

Thank you for replying we've been trying for a baby for a long time so just worried if there was no pain I think I would be less worried!

Yeah it's not too bad where I can't do anything but it's there and been on and off for around 5 hours
