I have struggled to find folic acid tablets on their own as opposed to the multi pregnancy vitamins. I've tried loads of big supermarkets and a pharmacist. Have they stopped being sold. I'm managing with the large tablets but have to chop them up and Chew them even though you aren't supposed to.

You could just eat foods rich in folic acid. Eggs, dark greens, beans, sprouts, etc.

Try wilkos?

If you eat Marmite that also has folic acid in it.
