14 weeks. Are these growing pains/aches?

I am 14 weeks pregnant and I'm feeling this ache (it really isn't painful at all, like a 1 on a scale of 1-10) mainly on my left side but sometimes I get it on my right side and sometimes a little bit towards the middle... I've read about round ligament pain, which I've also had when I've sneezed but this discomfort is not triggered by it. It's sort of on and off randomly.
Any thoughts!? I do feel like it's probably okay (like a human being is growing inside me) and I've called my antenatal care but I called quite late today so they'll get back to me at some point tomorrow.

I feel like I've had constant different aches & pains in my pelvis since about 6 weeks. Round ligament pain still comes & goes at 24 weeks & I have PGP pretty much constantly. Also get digestive cramps to go along with it all! There's so much going on inside you, stretching & pulling it's no wonder it's sore. If this is your only symptom & don't have any bleeding I wouldn't be concerned.

I had something similar around 18 weeks, lasted a few days and then my bump went through a big growth spurt. I think it was just things stretching out.

I had this around the same time. Bump has really popped now at 15 +1 so I'm assuming it was RLP.
