Morning sickness gone week 8

Morning all! Has anyone's morning sickness gone at about week 8 and not had it be a sign of miscarriage?

I've had quite bad nausea up until now but for the past few days have had nothing. Quite worried that it means a miscarriage as I think morning sickness is supposed to be at its peak about now - has anyone had the same and it's turned out ok?

Thank you.

For some women MS only lasts a number of weeks, and as your hormones change it just could mean your passed that stage. If your worried call the maternity centre or midwife for advice. Dont feel as though it's a burden as that's what they are there for. Im currently 6mths and at 8 weeks I panicked too thinking is my baby still there and ok. I did however pay for a private scan at 8wks and all was good, so u can always do that? But don't worry yourself love, call ur midwife in the first instance xxx

Congratulations! It's normal for them to come and go at any point.

Having a loss of symptoms does not necessarily mean that a miscarriage is impending and having constant symptoms isn't an indication that a missed miscarriage hasn't occurred either.

My MS went completely at 8 weeks but came back with vengeance a few weeks later. Don’t panic Flowers

Hi @Spottybluepyjamas, just wondering what the result of this was?? I'm 8+2 now and my nausea has gone from being really strong most days to non existent for 7 days straight now :( I know symptoms can come and go but the fact that I was experiencing nausea pretty regularly and now it's gone for a week is freaking me out :(

Try not to worry. Mine went at around week 9 and then came back horrendously at around week 10.5! I'm 13+2 now and feeling abit better! Do you have any scans booked? I had reassurance scans at 8 weeks, 10 weeks and then my NHS one at 12 weeks - they definitely helped x
