Does anyone have pregnancy+?

So I had this app at the start of my first pregnancy over 3 years ago, upgraded to gold and after my son was born I deleted the app, now a few years later I’ve taken a pregnancy test and I’m apparently 3+ weeks! Yay! Anyway as soon as I downloaded the app it told me I was 6 weeks! How did it know I was pregnant? Is it correct? I never had periods growing up but the lady told me they are supposed to see me before 8 weeks, if I am 6 weeks and my first appointment isn’t until the end of august is this something I should be worried about?

Also my morning sickness is way worse than with my son! Is this a myth or have you been more sick with with girls than boys?

My minds racing but I think I’ve got it all in words now so I feel a lot better.

No app can predict how far along you are without you adding accurate data so I'd disregard it. When was your LMP? Were you tracking ovulation?

I was horrendously nauseous with DS and I'm 6+6 today with baby number 2. Although I do feel sick, I don't feel it's quite as bad as the first time round (yet). Might be because I've not to got as much time to focus on it or maybe because my body's done it before. I'm wondering though if it's maybe because this one is a girl.

Every pregnancy is different so symptoms don't really mean anything to be honest but it's fun to speculate x

It uses any old date until you update it. Mine started at 6 weeks too, I was 4.

You can have your booking in appt any time between 7 and 11 weeks. Between 8 and 10 is the most common, but my hospital has been doing them between 9 and 11 recently. The end of August will be fine

On morning sickness - it’s pregnant dependant rather than person or gender. I have friends with four boys who felt really sick with some and not at all with others, and the same with girls. You can’t tell anything from it.
