21 weeks and don't feel pregnant

Hi, I am 21 weeks pregnant and still haven't felt anything. People keep asking me whether I have felt butterflies/ bubble pops and I literally haven't felt anything, I get angry when people are asking and touching my belly as I don't feel pregnant at all. I have had 3 scans and they have all been really healthy, one at 8, 12 & 16 weeks. I also hate the fact some days I can't see my bump at all and other days I feel massive. I just need constant reassurance I'm really paranoid and just don't feel pregnant 😫 has anyone had similar?

I had an anterior pregnancy last time (and do this time as well) and don't think I felt anything until about 23 weeks.

This pregnancy I had hypermedia up till week 16, so no question about feeling 'pregnant' but since that's lifted I feel absolutely great, and only started feeling movement about two weeks ago, and that's with it being my second pregnancy. Its still only from time to time, usually if I've had a coffee and have my feet up! Don't worry OP, by the third trimester I felt like there was a tiny have shoved under my ribcage the whole time, and based on how unexpectedly long my dd was when she came out I think that was right!

Hopefully you'll start to feel a bit more movement in the coming weeks. It can be hard when it takes longer than you expect and I find people just ask questions that they think are expected: they aren't thinking 'oh you're x weeks you should really feel something' they're thinking 'crap ok, we ask pregnant women if they are feeling kicks/well/excited' and just looking for conversation mostly.

I remember my doctor telling me early on let them know if I hadn't felt any movement by 24 weeks so it just takes longer for some people. At 21 weeks I had almost no symptoms and a tiny bump too. I know its hard but try not to worry, it's great that you've had 3 healthy scans!

This. I'm sure I the past I've been so clueless about pregnancy that I've asked co-workers if they were feeling kicks at only 12-14 weeks!
