I tested positive for Covid earlier this week at 36+4, I’m now 37 weeks. I’m experiencing most of the standard symptoms but not a fever which is good. The first couple of days I felt just like I was coming down with cold but since it’s taken me down a bit more and I’ve been in bed. Just wondering if anyone else has had it at this late stage of pregnancy and how quickly you got over it? I’m so worried about going into labour before I’m recovered as I’m in no state to look after a newborn!

I had covid at 32/33 weeks and was bad with it - insane fever, sore body and couldn't eat. Just try to rest and keep yourself hydrated and if you get worse phone 111. I went to out of hours gp and had blood preassure/urine checked.
The week after I had I was non stop vomiting but after about 3/4 days felt alot better. Hope you feel better soon & hopefully you've recovered before baby arrives Flowers
