gestational diabetes results in maternity notes

Hi, as far as I remember four blood samples was taken for gestational diabetes test at 28 weeks. I'm 38 weeks pregnant now and last time when I saw my midwife, she said the test result was not in maternity notes asking me if I got the test. Until then I thought I didn't have any problem so I didn't hear anything specific about the result. Now I'm a bit anxious whether the test result should have been written somewhere in the notes. Is the test result written in your maternity notes when you don't have gestational diabetes? Any advice is welcome.

Hi OP, my result wasn't written in my notes I don't think. I was just called and told the results.

If you didn't hear anything, odds are it was negative but I'd ask where you had the test done for the results just to be on the safe side.
