Hello,

I'm only 6 weeks but wanted some advice about yoga.

Due to the heat I've stopped running and I was thinking yoga might be a good alternative. In the winter I've previously done Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube.

I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a yoga programme I could do through pregnancy, possibly something that adjusts to your stages and brings in pelvic floor etc.

Please let me know if you've found one you enjoy 😊

Sorry I can’t help - I’m here for the suggestions, too! I started pregnancy yoga in person this week and it was disappointing. She spent 30 of the 75 minutes chatting and I’ve paid upfront for six sessions 😩 much rather do it at home, I think.

I've heard about Yogability. Not tried it myself but might be worth looking into!

Hi @Ednadidit sorry to hear that, such a pain.
In one sense i think it's good to get out there and potentially meet other local mums to be.
On the other hand instructors do seem hit and miss, I'm already paying a gym subscription and ideally I'd do this every other day for 20/30 minutes rather than weekly.

I'll have a look at yogability and hope for some.mlre recommendations.

I’ve been doing this week by week one youtube.com/playlist?list=PLzC-74mmVINkGqRGVGYtZ_YFavjthOvzE and have found it quite good.

@whitershadeofpale Ah thank you! I'll check it out. The one I linked to doesn't start until week 9.

Hey :)

I have recently tried The Yoga Class, ( www.theyogaclass.co ) it has a great selection of Yoga and Pilates Pregnancy classes and even gives a programme of classes suitable for every stage of Pregnancy which I found super helpful. Its also a great level for me and so many classes to choose from even in the Pre Natal category.

Also has a great little App so you can do at home/ in the garden or the park etc.
