Has anyone experienced this? I'm 28 weeks pregnant with twins. I had quite bad nausea in my first trimester but no actual vomiting and it went away after about 16 weeks, been feeling a little nauseous recently but not enough to stop me eating. But today I've just thrown up quite violently which is unusual for me. Not sure whether to try eating something or just stick to water.
