Femur length measuring 4 weeks ahead

I had a 4d scan today but baby was in a really awkward position and was pretty much curled up, the sonographer seemed to be rushing me out the door so I didn't really take on board what she was saying, but when looking at the scan notes it says femur length is measuring 33+6 and I'm only 28+2 today!

Should I be worried about this or should I just take it with a pinch of salt with how awkward she was lay? Bare in my it was such an awkward scan I'm going back for a rescan cause she had everything in front of her face.

I’d wait for your rescan just to be sure. My little ones legs are that ahead too - her dad is a frickin’ tree so she’s going to be super tall! It’s the belly circumference that sonographers look out for, if that’s measuring ahead then they look into GD. My little one also has that and we have our final growth scan tomorrow whereby a consultant is going to encourage me to induce but I don’t have anything wrong with me and my body I’m sure, can manage to deliver my baby so I hope I don’t get scared into unnecessary intervention.

Thanks so much! I'd definitely expect my baby to have long legs as her dad is a giant, it just threw me a bit as the midwife seemed quite shocked by it!

I had a growth scan on Friday at 29 weeks my little beans femur length was 57.3mm he's on 95th centile
