Due Jan 2022 hospital appointments

Hi I am due around 28 Jan 22 (so roughly 11.3 days). I just got a letter for bloods at 13.5 weeks and another letter saying my urine sample was contaminated (got blood and urine done at 8 weeks booking appointment) I not had a date for my scan yet never had anything like this with my first. And the lack of information with the letter ect I am starting to worry something is wrong any one had anything like this and when should I chase about my scan

I would chase about your scan now tbh if you haven't heard already.

I am only a day off you, being 11+2 today and I got my letter for my 12 week scan (when I will be 12+6 so next Friday 23rd) and I have had that letter for about 1.5 weeks now. I am also having the screening bloods done at the same appointment apparently.

It came in the post a couple of days after my booking appt, which was when I was 9+5.

I personally still haven't heard back about my booking blood and urine results, so not sure when I am meant to get them, or if they come back fine which is why I haven't heard!

I would definitely chase the scan though, as mine is next week x

I would suggest to call your maternity unit of your chosen hospital. You should of received your scan date weeks ago! I had my blood and urine done around week 8 and I did not receive any information about the scan. I waited till I was 12 weeks and I called the hospital; they booked me in a couple of days (my midwife did requested the scan but for some reason the hospital forgot to book it).
Try not to worry about the urine sample; if something was wrong they would of ask you to repeat it asap.

I think it's just as its blood at the hospital and then I have to drop the urine sample off at the hospital (both letters are from the hospital) all this covid stuff really don't help either I'll give them a call tomorrow
