Pain in chest pregnancy

Hi I'm 16weeks tomorrow I've been having bad pain above my belly button to my chest is it normal had it all day and a lil bit yesterday is it just everything squeezing up ?

It’s probably absolutely fine but I would definitely contact your midwife tomorrow to check xx
