What does a UTI feel like?

Hi all
I’m 22 weeks and this morning I keep feeling I need a wee which isn’t anything new! However I keep having a spasmy burny pain in my bladder (I know it’s my bladder rather than my uterus because it’s basically right on my bikini line where I can feel if I need a wee)
I don’t feel unwell but don’t feel great either, I feel quite sick (on cyclizine) and achy. I don’t have a temp. I’m a nurse and my lft are negative.
Could this be a UTI? I don’t want to go to triage and waste their time but the pain is quite jabby. It doesn’t hurt to wee too much, just a bit I suppose. Thanks!!

I have had UTIs my whole life, have been on antibiotics nearly this whole pregnancy (to little avail) and the only consistent symptom is burning on urination. It sounds like yours grew fast so glad you got treatment.
Mine are painful and annoying but tend to not span out of control. I can’t actually remember what not having a UTI feels like.
