3 weeks pregnant pains *TW abortion

Hi everyone,
Im 3 weeks pregnant and have a consultation booked next week for an abortion. I’m trying to stay as detached as possible, it’s my understanding it’s not even yet a foetus. My question is though I have cramps all the time and I think I’ve just developed a UTI. Is this normal? I’m just in constant discomfort which keeps reminding me I’m pregnant and I just want this to be over with now.

The cramps are normal I'm afraid, but if you think you have a UTI I'd be getting in touch with the GP. They may refer you to the EPAU unit that you are already dealing with.

Its not insensitive, you don't 'deserve' to go through pain just because you are terminating your pregnancy.

Cramps definitely start in early pregnancy! Call your doctor about the UTI. Not sure if your symptoms, but it’s also possible you’re just starting to circulate fluid much faster.
