Negative tests, loads of symptoms

Has anybody ever actually been pregnant after multiple negative tests?

I am on birth control. I haven't had my period since April. I have taken multiple pregnancy tests, all of which are coming out negative. Everything points to not pregnant.

But since May, I have felt pregnant, the way I did when I was pregnant with DS1 in 2019. I am fatigued. I have indigestion every day and the odd bout of nausea. My boobs are sore. I am putting on weight in my boobs and stomach, and my diet hasn't changed. My back is sore. And today, I felt flutters that felt identical to the kicks I felt from DS1.

I have been telling myself that the tests are negative, so it's likely just a virus or something else because I'm on the pill and the tests have been negative. But the flutters today have really made me think the tests are wrong.

Should I be contacting my GP? It seems silly to with multiple negative tests, but what is the likelihood that they're false-negatives?

@MooseBreath if you felt flutterings then you're looking at min of 10 weeks pregnant..?! Pregnancy tests are pretty sound proof and your symptoms can be for a number of other reasons. I'd start to look into other reasons that are non pregnancy related with your gp. X
