Not sure how pregnant I am… advice needed

So I found out I’m pregnant and I’m over the moon. I’ve missed two periods and therefore don’t know how far along I am. I have been for a blood test a few days ago and hcg level was 1500. I was asked to go for another blood test today as they need it to be over 3000 to be sure to see something on the scan. Waiting for results now. Just concerned as she mentioned some women’s levels decreasing and it being eptopic and I’m terrified this will happen. Has anyone had to do this before ?

Obviously everyone is different but as a guide at 4+5 my hcg levels were about the same as yours

Two days later they could see a sac and a yolk on the scan. They mentioned ectopic to me also, because it's a pregnancy of unknown location until they can verify it on a scan that it's there in the right place. And because 1500 is at a level they can often see a sac at least. However two days later they could see it, so they said on some people it just takes a little longer.

Oh thank you so much. That’s made me feel so much better and makes sense. I’ve just had a phone call and my levels are now 3652 so I’m going for a scan a week today. :) becoming very real now x
