Cramps at 11 weeks 3 days

Hi all I've been having cramps now for the past 3 days they can get abit painful they feel like period pains just above my Punic bone and now I've got pains in my lower back too I didn't have anything like this with my daughter I know every pregnancy is different I'm just worrying abit as before I had my daughter I had 2 loses I haven't had any bleeding it's just the pains 😞 getting me down I've emailed my midwife and im waiting for her to to
Get back to me but it can take 24 hrs for a reply x

I had this at a similar gestation with DS and it settled after a few days. Midwife told me the back pain was due to the effects of pregnancy hormones on my muscles. I don't know if that's true but everything was fine once it settled.

Thank you for replying I’ve got my scan Monday so I will let them know it’s just worrying when you pain I always think the worst all the time 🤦🏻‍♀️

Mine have settled abit now but they was very painful 😖 I’ve been drinking loads more water that has seemed to help midwife said it can be dehydration 🤷🏻‍♀️ I did have them for 3 days straight but they would only come in the evening so strange

Tbh I was taking paracetamol everyday because they was that strong sure yours will settle soon x

So I stretched my back (yoga half way lift style) and had a bath. Feels a bit better.
