Any thoughts on this. I do aqua fit once a week, which is not particularly strenuous - you can put in as much effort as you like. Only just found out I'm pregnant so don't really want to mention it to the instructor yet. Do you think I'd be ok to keep going and take it easy - I'd then let the instructor know when I'm a little further along. Thoughts?

Do you wear a floatation belt or is it in the shallow? I would carry on as normal, might wear the belt a little looser.
I understand you not wanting everyone to know yet but it might be worth mentioning to your instructor quietly? They will have a better understanding of what is ok to do though the general guidance when pregnant is to carry on as normal I think?
