So I am 4 weeks + 3 days today.
Since yesterday I have had light pink spotting only when I wipe. It's not every time I go to. the toilet.
Last night I started having some cramps which are quite intense at times.

Is this normal? I had a miscarriage 4 years ago so I am worried😩

Cramping is normal but if it's intense I'd get it checked. I've got severe IBS and in early pregnancy I knew it was my IBS cramps but I called the doctor anyway just in case and twice they asked me to come in so they could check.

Spotting is normal but if it gets heavier get it checked.

If you're shoulder starts hurting that's also a sign of an ectopic so get it checked ASAP.

Really sorry if this scares you im sure everything's fine. Im 17+3 now and im still getting cramps that arnt IBS related xx

Thank you!! Yeah I'm keeping a close eye on everything especially as I miscarried before.

Good luck with your pregnancy 🤍
