Light/Pale brown spotting at 13 weeks?

I'm 13+1 and had a bit of very pale brown spotting, only lasted a day on Friday past and again a little today. Just wondering if anyone else had something similar?

I have had 2 mc's in past year so naturally I'm a little anxious. I had a scan at 11+4 and saw baby wriggling, heartbeat strong and all was ok, just panicked a bit when I saw spotting! Its not heavy and there are no pains etc!

Worth calling your midwife, but pale brown means old blood, so try not to jump to the bad. You could have overdone walking, sex, have you had an internal scan over the last few weeks? It's old blood so it might be from having sex days/a week ago... x
