Is there a maternity bra that ‘grows with you’??

I don’t live in the U.K., and where I do live, the maternity clothing options are terrible, and the bras only fit small people.

I’m visiting the U.K. soon, and I want some maternity things to bring back with me. I have no idea what size bras I’ll need for the next few months (I’m only 14 weeks) and also for after the birth.
I’m a 32F ish at the moment.
Is there a bra that will stretch as I change shape and still be a bit supportive?
Do they exist?

This type of thing is stretchy and comfy and works for breastfeeding too
Although at 32F you might struggle to find something small enough on the back and big enough on the cup

You can get bra extenders which are like a set of 3 extra hooks to expand the band.

Otherwise I like sports bras which cover several sizes. Primark do a pack of 3 for £12 which is good value. I have smaller boobs though so may not be suitable if you're bigger.

Maybe try somewhere like Bravissimo?

I used sports bra type styles the whole way although to be honest I got bigger on my back size and cup size very early on and then stayed like that the whole pregnancy so you might just need the one size or you could need several, hard to say.

I had this when pregnant and it's fantastic. Adjusts to your changing breast shape Smile

It’s impossible to tell what you’ll need really! My first pregnancy I couldn’t stand underwire and went through 3 different sizes. With my second my boobs didn’t change or hurt at all and I wore my regular pre pregnancy underwire bras throughout. The only option I can think of that would cover a range of sizes would be a sports bra.

I'm a 32 H or HH. I feel your pain with the small back/ large cup issue. The options are limited. Definite yes to the extenders mentioned above. Use boob or bust to measure yourself. I then bought from an online shop with easy returns. Several of the right size did not work at all for me, so hit and miss on styling. But online shops were the only place that carried my size.

You may have some luck at bravissimo though. They tend to carry a wider range of larger sizes.

I bought 2 figleaves bras in 32H (both with flexiwire and nursing clips) when I was 12 weeks pregnant, I am now 31 weeks and they still fit, I am now also using bra extenders from Amazon with them, but only on first clip of extenders at the moment so I imagine they’ll be fine for next 9 weeks.
Cups are also quite stretchy so I hope they will be fine for fluctuations when breastfeeding also.
I was wearing a 32E pre-pregnancy.

I’m also around a 32F and am living in the Bravado body silk bras I bought in my last pregnancy. They are soft and a bit stretchy but give a good shape still (have removable pads). They work for nursing too. I wear a size M.

Quite expensive at full price but they’re usually on offer somewhere if you google.
