Hello everyone I'm feeling really uncomfortable now at 26 weeks 🤰🏻😓😅 I have been told that I am having a big chunky baby but I am really struggling and feel ashamed to say feel like giving up work at 6 and half months as thought I'd survive a lot longer the heat certainly isn't helping and being a hairdresser on my feet all day. 😅 has anyone else felt this way at this stage? And like your stomach is stretching so much 🤰🏻👶

I’m 26+4 and have a huge bump. I’ve not been told baby is big but I’m expecting him to be a chunk seeing as my last baby was 8lb 6oz. I know it’s not accurate but from the 20 week scan measurements he was estimated to be 8lb 13lb.

I find some of his movements really uncomfortable and when he’s in certain positions by bump can feel really tight. I’ve struggled with the heat too so am great full for the break in weather!

Thankfully I work in a school so I only have 4 weeks left in work before I’m on school holidays anyway and then my maternity leave starts at the start of September.

I was gifted some My Little Coco bump
masks for my birthday and they’re lovely and cooling on a stretched tummmy! Good for some temporary relief. Smile

I never bought that bigger babies actually felt bigger / heavier and then I had a 10lb3oz baby and yep I can confirm he felt big from pretty early on! He was my second within 17 months so that might have contributed but I ached soo much. Hope you get some rest x

I knew mine was going to be chunky, was suffering for weeks and still working.

Only when I finished work at 33 weeks was I told he was already estimated at 8lb 🤦‍♀️

I've never been this pregnant before but in hindsight I wish I stopped sooner.

I'm 25 weeks at the moment and sometimes my bump is so uncomfortable. He seems to enjoy lying right at the front so that I can almost see a kidney bean shaped outline pushing against my skin but it makes everything feel really stretched and heavy. Not sure how I'm going to feel in another 3 months! 😂
