As soon as I got my BFP, I rang my doctors and they gave me a number for midwife so I could do a self referral. You can also do it online and then you’ll get a phone call from the midwife :)

There's no massive rush unless you need to go on progesterone, or have a health condition that could affect your pregnancy like obesity (needs high strength Folic acid) diabetes or a thyroid problem. I would always have given it until about 5 weeks just in case of an early loss.

Hi both Smile thank you for the replies! I'm 5 weeks on Monday, both tests have been clear and not fmu.. feel like I should take another but not sure if that's just shock!

I took about 10 tests within the first few days Grin go for it!! And congratulations!

Congratulations!

In my area you contact your GP and they give you the number for the local midwifery team and you can ring for an appointment but they won't book you in round here until you're 8-10 weeks along.

Glad it's not just me!! Thank you!!! x
