Loss, new pregnancy and positive blood results

So I had a late loss in February 2021. I was 17 weeks and went to a regular midwife appointment where there was no heartbeat. Id had a missed miscarriage baby was only measuring 14 weeks.
During delivery my placenta retained and I had to have it removed. Upon this they discovered it was embedded into the scar tissue from my 2 previous csections.
Post mortem results cleared up that baby had no abnormalities, but was suspected that the placenta placment was why the pregnancy failed. I also had a few blood tests which came back positive, however she felt these were likely an incorrect positive reading, so re took the bloods to see now everything had settled down.
Little did I know I would have actually been pregnant at this appointment! So the bloods did come back positive again. I've been on daily clexane injections and low dose aspirin since 6 weeks (currently 9). My early scan showed that the placenta was no where near my scar which was obviously fantastic news.

However I got a letter from my consultant today, writing to the rheumatologist asking her to contact me with regards to the positive bloods which are ANA POSITIVE on 2 separate blood tests, ENA positive and RO-antibody positive.

Has anyone else had these? I've done the worst thing and googled it. Which seems to be coming back as an auto immune disease.. which to my knowledge im overall very well?.. and have had no medical issues up to my recent loss.
I've had two pregncies with no issues at all, can you just develop these blood concerns?
My youngest daughter has just turned 3, and my eldest will be 7 in August.

I have just turned 26.

Thanks if you have got this far, im sure its abit of a ramble!
