I'm 10 weeks and am suddenly off all my food! I thought I had escaped the sickness but 4 days ago roughly it hit me. The nausea is awful and I can't stomach my meals. I made a smoothie this morning and had to bin it, my lunch was okay as it was a sandwich but my dinner made me nearly throw up. The thought of eating meat makes me feel ill and the smell is just horrendous. I don't like mint anymore, I don't want vegetables and all I want to do is eat junk or beige. The only thing that appeals to me right now is plain pasta with butter or beans on toast! I feel guilty to not eat vegetables and protein though as want to fuel my body and baby
Please tell me this doesn't last all pregnancy! This is my first and I'm a huge foodie so having the idea of food making me sick is new to me
