Hi All,
I have a weird stitch type pain started to the right of bellybutton now travelled up a bit. I'm 34 weeks pregnant tomorrow and mentioned to my OB today he said nothing serious but to see a physio its muscle related.
I'm wondering now is this abs separation? This is my 3rd pregnancy and never experienced it before. It reminds me of that pain when you are running and have to run through a stitch when I walk. I've had spd since week 26.
Just curious if anyone else had this. Starting to think this pregnancy is breaking me, dread to think of the aftermath!!!
