Hey all I have a lot going on.. needing and hoping for some experiences or help? We were trying for a baby and finally conceived. We had our first appointment yesterday and found out baby is measuring 7 weeks instead of 8. Not sure how far Im supposed to be. But they found no heartbeat and immediately assumed I was having a miscarriage and scheduled a D&C meanwhile I have no signs no issues nothing. I have 2 kids already. They did the external ultrasound and I ended up wanting a vaginal ultrasound so they sent me to the hospital I got it done and still no heartbeat all in the same day but they found twins. One no fetal heart tone and one possible no fetal heart tone.. they wanted to do another ultrasound and I found someone else to help bc my original ob wouldn't do blood work even after the tech recommended it. Finally got blood work today by another Dr and the levels are 85986.0. Baby A is 9.1mm and baby b is 5.8 both in 7 week range. Are my levels normal at this time? I know we won't know more till we get them redone but im nervous... we go back Monday to do blood again. But has anyone else had success stories? Where their heartbeat was found later? I'm so lost.. its so hard waiting.. I still have no signs of issues so it's frustrating. Please help ..
