Yes me too, and did during my first pregnancy.

A pillow between my legs as I sleep helps to keep my hips straight through the night, which has eased it Smile

I second the pillow between the legs. I’ve also put a single duvet underneath the bedsheet so I’ve got a bit more cushioning between me and the mattress, seems to have helped a little

Yup, totally normal had it with all 3 of mine. You'll find as you get bigger that you will only be able to lie on one side for so long and you'll have to keep rotating yourself.

I'm currently 35 weeks with number 3 and between my hips, ribs and pelvis + the heartburn + relentless cough, I am so done!!!

Physio can help with some of it so it might be worth starting early to try and build up some strength in the right places. You will likely need to go private though as I'm still waiting for my physio referral from number 1.
