My hayfever is really bad today - I can’t stop sneezing & I feel dreadful. I normally take loratadine but that says don’t take when you’re pregnant 😭 Is there anything else I can take or am I stuck waiting it out until the pollen drops 😩

Loratidine is actually the first choice antihistamine when pregnant so is ok to take. Corticosteroid nasal sprays can be used too

Thanks I’ll pop up the chemist and pick up a nasal spray & see if that does the trick. I’ve got eye drops but my eyes are actually fine this year for a change 🤣

The pharmacist advised the Beconase defence spray, it’s in the blue shiny box and says “for athletes, pregnancy and breast feeding” on the side. It’s drug/steroid free so definitely safe!! For me it doesn’t work as well as the normal Beconase but it’s something at least. Mines been sooo bad too Sad

@mamaatthegym that’s the one I’ve got 👍 not made any difference yet after two doses but apparently it takes a few days to build up in your system so fingers crossed 😀
