36+1 had wet patch in shorts this morning

So I'm 36+1 and when I got up this morning I felt a trickle and then saw discharge surrounded by just wet in my shorts. I've had lower back ache, lower leg ache and small cramps on and off for about a day now but nothing major, just seems like Braxton hicks. Not lost my mucus plug that I'm aware of so just wondering what this could have been and what to look out for if I need too? I will attach a photo PLEASE AVOID IF YOU HAVE A WEAK STOMACH!

Put the shorts in a bag and pop a pad on, ring your maternity unit. Take the shorts with you if they want you to go in as they can give them a sniff (when your waters so it smells like semen!).
