Im over 30 weeks, and still working. I have at least 8-10 college with positive covid, and I don't really feel safe be there. Even with social distance, We only have one toilet for like 20 - 25 peoples. I keep testing myself, still negative thankfully but I don't feel good about it. Do I have rights to say, I don't feel safe to be there? Or what can I do?

Speak to your HR department and see if they can do a special risk assessment for you? Many women in close contact roles - eg nhs and teachers are wfh from 28 weeks but not sure where you stand if you’re not in one of those types of jobs. Could you theoretically work from home? Why aren’t your office doing that anyway?

I think all work places are meant to provide a 'covid safe environment' and do a risk assessment specifically if someone is pregnant.

Assuming you are in the UK google 'uk gov pregnancy covid' and should take you to current guidelines.

Hope your work gets better and my advice is to do whatever you can to feel safer at work, open windows, buy yourself good quality masks Ffp2 and try to social distance as much as possible. If available to you definitely consider the vaccine. Pfizer and moderna have been extensively used in pregnancy in America and found safe. I wished you the best with your pregnancy.

The current guidance states you can shield from 28 weeks pregnant, speak to your HR department they should be carrying out risk assessments xx
