FTM, I am getting married about 9 months after the birth of my first child. As I understand there can be quite a bit of hair loss post partum, can anyone recommend supplements I could take to remedy this? Or any specific nutrients that I need to ensure I am getting? Thanks! X

I feel like whilst I was taking them less hair loss occurred. I stopped buying them and noticed quite a difference in the sense balding more visible. Think I’m going to start them again but they can be pricey so better to get them when Holland and Barrett do the penny sale x

I don't have any suggestions but I got married 7 months after my first and although I did lose a lot of hair it really wasn't noticeable once my hair was all done. I do have thick hair to begin with though

Probably more noticeable when hairs already thin, I have thin hair to begin with so any hair loss is visible, it sucks x

Do you use heat much? Best thing I ever did to grow mine was to go heat free. I never blow dry (unless just to finish off for about 30 seconds) and I went about 6 months without using straighteners. Slowly reintroduced them on the lowest heat setting. I use a microfiber towel to dry my hair and always squeeze, never rub.
I also used Alpecin caffeine shampoo, though haven't whilst pregnant. A combination of those things helped my very damaged, dyed hair grow a lot!
