Loss of symptoms and spotting

I'm 10+3 today and as of three days ago I completely lost all my symptoms. I'd previously been off food and feeling really nauseous all the time but have felt fine for last few days. I didn't think anything of this until today when I noticed quite a bit of brown spotting. I'm starting to get a bit worried. This will be my third baby but I have a history of early miscarriages. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this and whether I'm being silly for worrying.

Hi! You will go out your head with worry until your 12 week scan so please go to EPU if you have the slightest concern! Brown spotting is normal and tbh so is losing symptoms and then they come back sometimes... I don't want to scare you but I had the same at 7 weeks and I ended up having a blighted ovum!

I hope everything is ok I'm sure it will be as it is common but I'd advise getting a scan. Most EPU's you just call and self refer.

Fingers crossed for you x

I hadn't had a huge amount of symptoms - mostly tiredness and nausea - but they all disappeared around 10 weeks and I've felt pretty fine ever since.

I've also ended up in the EPU twice for bleeding - both times they booked me an appointment but said afterwards that unless I'm getting through a pad in three hours, it's not too worrying for them. If you're getting through more than a pad in an hour, go to A&E and they'll call the EPU team down to you.

My baby has been okay despite the bleeding both times - once at 6w and once at 9+5. We're not sure where it's coming from, but the top theory right now is that the heightened blood flow to my cervix is causing it to bleed sometimes.

It's easy to say not to worry too much when you're not going through it, but it's so scary when you are, so I'll just say to try to focus on the positives, and best of luck for tomorrow Flowers

Thank you for your reply, I really appreciate it. I had my scan today and everything seems fine. I'm measuring 10w3 so only day behind and sonographer could see heartbeat (I couldn't even when she kept pointing it out) and baby was quite active. I have a small cyst which could explain the random bleeding but no major bleeds seen
