41 weeks, cramps, back ache early labour?

So I'm booked in for induction on Wednesday but I'm hoping to go before then so I'm worried its wishful thinking and I'm trying not to get my Hopes up but I woke up this morning about 4 30 and my legs were very wet, it was clear and didnt have an odour but I've not had much leakage since, I have had what seems to be painless tightening every now and then some backache and some period type cramps that come and go, anyone else experienced this? TIA

I'm.hoping so, cramps feel a little stronger than they did this morning so fingers crossed little one finally makes his arrival 🤞

Yes! My sweet little boy was born this morning at 11:55! My waters ended up breaking spontaneously so we came to hospital but I hadn't dilated anymore since my last check up, they planned on doing an induction on me ove the night but just as she went to start the drip she examined me and I had dilated to 6cm within a couple hours! I ended up taking an epidural as the pain had just gone on too long for me (8pm on the 31st!) And out came our little boy a couple of hours later!
