(TMI) severe cramps after orgasm

I am very sorry for the sensitive topic and too much information but I honestly could use some help.

I use to have strong orgasms when I am sleeping (even before pregnancy). I used to wake up with some cramps that lasted few seconds.

Now I am 5 week pregnant and it happened twice.
The first took me to emergency services in the hospital because I was completely scared after 5-7 minutes severe cramping.
I barely can't walk and I need to lay down and put some ice bag on my belly.

The second I managed to keep calm and stay at home until it went away, also lasted 5-7 minutes. I took 2 buscopan because I couldn't even stand during the crisis. I got very stressed and was shaking for a couple minutes after that as in a panic attack.

It doesn't happen when I am awake. And now the sleep time are giving me anxiety crisis because I consider the hypothesis of having it again and that severe pain and I am afraid to sleep.

The first time I went to emergency my ob-gyn gave me progesterone suppositories to use daily and said it would help to avoid it but after this second time I am very scared.

Did someone went to something similar?what helped?

Have you ever had this looked at by the doctor? It sounds to me like persistent genital arousal disorder, although I have no knowledge of it during pregnancy and how that effects it. I am also not experienced in the subject, so will allow others to comment on this.

Hopefully you will get some answers. It sounds awful. What did the doctors at the ER say?

Thank you for your answer! Indeed they say it is not a disorder itself. I have had it around 10 times my whole life so far, but two in the five week pregnancy period. Doctor said hormones are crazy and unfortunately this can happen.

I always had a sleep disorder in which I have very vivid dreams and wake up soaked in sweat. When I am dreaming something more "personal" this is happening.

Wouldn't be a problem if the pain wasn't so bad.
I guess now things down there are more sensitive with pregnancy. But I just think this thing that is out of my control can hurt my pregnancy 😔😔

I just read about it but it doesn't seem like the case, because it only happens when I am dreaming with something that turns that on.. this disorder would be without a specific reason I guess. But I will bring it up to my doctor I will have an appointment in two weeks

It's not a sensitive topic or TMI we are all
Humans (mostly)

I did find I had a increase in cramping in the first trimester but this has significantly subsided now (I'm 22 weeks) Could u speak to your doctor? I'm sure it won't hurt the baby, just you unfortunately! Good luck I hope you find some relief soon.
