Morning
I am 22+5 weeks pregnant and about 2 weeks ago i started getting really bad sharp pains in my lower right abdomen.
It slowly gets worse and works its way round my entire lower back then down both legs where it stops at my knees.
I have problems walking around and sometimes even driving.
I have mentioned it to midwife a few times they said alot of women complain of simular pains but never told me what it is.
I rang 4 days ago to speak to the midwife and she told me its probably baby just resting on a nerve.
Anyone else going through this and if so what do you do to help?
This is my first baby and no one i know has had this pain before.
Thanks :-)

That doesn't sound right. I would ring GP asap

Could be PGP or sciatica, or baby sitting on a nerve. Painkillers, physio, massage and/or osteopath would be what I would do.

Thanks for your replies
I tried massaging my stomach where the pain was and baby moved over. She has stayed centered almost everyday since and have had no problem with pain since.
:-)
