I'm 4weeks and 3 day tmi but I've had diarrhea yesterday and the day before no longer have it today but no pain ? Just barely noticeable cramps every now and then does this almost automatically mean it's an ectopic pregnancy? I'm a little freaked out because I know constipation is usually the go to for early pregnancy and diarrhea is the go to for ectopic pregnancy 😩 has anyone else had this and had a successful pregnancy?

I've had 2 ruptured ectopics and didn't have diarrhoea with either? It's not a symptom of ectopic x

TMI but I had diarrhoea from about 5 weeks until about 10/11 weeks. I also had mild cramps on and off until about 8 or 9 weeks. Just had my 2 week scan and all is fine. I wouldn't read too my into the diarrhoea/constipation as everyone is different. I also wouldn't worry too much about the cramps either as long as they're only mild.

Good luck!

Most people I know had diarrhoea in early pregnancy.

The only symptoms I had with my ectopic were bleeding & mild cramps until it ruptured & then it was unbearable pain. I've had diarrhoea throughout my current pregnancy & I'm now 14+6.

I had a lot of bowel pain with my ectopic, but I wouldn't say diarrhoea, just a lot of pressure down there.
By all means, keep an eye on one sided pain, bleeding etc, but unfortunately, it can vary so much with ectopics.
I had generalised stomach pain and bloating, along with light bleeding.
Rectal pressure felt like it was really concussive on my bum when I walked - and as the weeks went on, I felt like all my organs were squished together and my stomach couldn't fit it all in. (Quite accurate it turns out!), but the one sided pain only came for me when it ruptured.

Thank y'all ladies I'm going to try and stop googling things like I'm some kind of doctor 😅 I appreciate the advice 💕
