Endometriosis during pregnancy

Hi to any fellow endo ladies out there! I had my most recent surgery in June last year and was very fortunate to get my BFP in January so I'm now 24 weeks. I've had the past few days a pulling, stretchy pain on my left hand side by where I had my endo excised so I'm wondering if it's the growth of my bump pulling on the scar tissue.

Just wondered if anyone who has endo who's been or is pregnant has had anything similar?

Thanks x

I have endo and though I havent had surgeries (I didn't want to risk lowering ovarian reserve) I definitely have classic 'endo pain whilst pregnant. I am currently 14 weeks

@elmtreemama thanks for replying! I had standard endo pains till about 12 weeks then very little till my bump really started to grow.

I found the growing bump painful in a stretching kind of way but couldn't say whether it was normal or related to scarring. I do get more pain in the lower left side toward my hip since I had her but then I also wondered if it was related to more endo or pulling from c section scar.
Congrats on your BFP

Hi,

Same as others...I have endo and had surgery in October 2020so pretty recent to when I got pregnant (Feb 21). i have been in quite a lot of pain and consultant/GP have both said that it's likely the scar tissue being stretched. Apparently scar tissue doesn't like being stretched hence the pain...! Take care x

I know this is an old post but can anyone describe what their endo pain during their first trimester was like?

I'm 7 weeks and up in the middle of the night with pelvic pain very similar to my endo/adeno pain. It's not settling and had no other symptoms of miscarriage but it does make me worry!
