I'm 37 weeks pregnant, I had bloods last week and they said I was anaemic and borderline needing a iron transfusion, they decided to go with the tablets- I had no symptoms last week, since Saturday I have been napping every day and been sleeping loads, is this something I need to let triage know? I am on iron tablets!
