Constant period type cramps at 35 weeks?

Hello,
35 weeks on Wednesday with my 2nd baby, I've got scheduled c section at 38 weeks
Woke up this morning with period type cramps above my pubic bone and in my back abit, also feel abit sick doesn't feel like contractions just a constant dull cramp and tight stomach for the last few hours. Has anyone experiencee this? It can't be Labour starting can it?

Call maternity triage and ask for their advice - they will know more :)

Have you been drinking plenty of water op

I don't want to really ring them unless I have to, last week my midwife told me to ring them as I have a very swollen painful ankle for no reason but they wouldn't see me
I think I haven't been drinking as much as usual so will try that, thank you
