Have I miscarried or am I just too early

Wow where to begin. Had mirena out 6/4 bled immediately for 3 days. On the 18/4 I had 1 days light bleed. I then got BFP on the 14th May (vvfl) on like 10 different tests various brands.
All weekend thought preggers! On Monday started spotting by Monday night heavy with coffee ground clots, very tiny. Nipping sensation around my appendix scar.
Did a test last night clear blue digital says 1/2 weeks. Epu brought me in, did a scan to rule out ectopic and said uterus was empty lining was 6mm thick looks like miscarriage. Tested urine and was neg 🤔 but said it could be diluted with all the water ive had to drink. Told me to re test in 48hrsif pos will do hcg bloods.
I'm a bull in China shop come home and retested it wasn't negative clear blue diginstill says 1/2 and cheapie has pink faint line.
So do u think am losing/lost the pregnancy ( or the plot ) or am i just so early nothing has been seen. Ps. ...they put my LMP down as the 6th April making me 6w 3d but didn't take into account I bled for a day on the 18th which if u use that date am not even 5 week from LMP
Anyone had anything similar or have any advice.

All you can do atm is play the waiting game which is not nice. It could go either way unfortunately.

I've been in your position before holding on to hope only to have it ripped away just days later but there are plenty of women who had bleeds and went on to have healthy pregnancies too. Keep everything crossed for things to work out well, good luck.

It can be a stressful time, so sending hugs your way. if you were 6 weeks, they should have seen something- yolk sac at least. If you were only 5 weeks, it might be a chemical. When did they suggest to re-test? Is that tomorrow? All you can do it wait for either a negative test or HCG bloods to confirm if they are rising or falling. Thanks guys. I've rang them back and told them clearblue is positive. Particularly as they said there's was neg. I have to re test Sunday and go back for bloods if its pos. Fingers crossed guys
