10mm gest sac 5mm fetal pole measuring 6w4d

Im looking and hoping for some positive stories....
Went for a scan May 11 and GS measuring 5mm... which is now 10mm and fetal pole is 5mm and wsnt able to be seen last week.
I've been having bleeding on and off for 2 weeks and have another scan in a week but preparing for the worst :(

I had bleeding in pregnancy, my obs consultant said it was very common. I did have miscarriages, some with and some without bleeding, also have 2 children now, one was with bleeding episodes, including a huge bleed at 12 weeks lasting about 7 weeks ... she's 12 now 😉
My second baby, albeit I was 39 years old, was text book with nothing unusual
