Just wondering if anyone has any experience of this - everytime I go to switch sides these past couple of nights (which you can imagine is a lot because my hips are agony!) The whole room spins I'm so dizzy. The minute I'm back on my side, nothing!! I haven't been on my back and can't think of anything else it could be. It's been the last few nights it's started happening. When I get up for a bathroom visit I don't feel particularly dizzy either. Very odd!! Any ideas???
