Does anyone have vulvar varicose veins?

I'm wondering if this is what I have, from what I can see it's nothing serious though but uncomfortable!
It's a sharp pain around my public bone, it's not spd though, feels more like in the fleshy part? A sharp stinging pain especially when I roll over or been sitting down too long, only on the left hand side
Has anyone had this?

Eta feels very tender, I also sleep on my left hand side mostly so could be the blood pooling there??

I had them with one of my pregnancies. My vulva swelled up and then it went back after baby was born.

I had them. They weren't painful when lying down though. Just when standing/walking. Maybe your pain is something else. Poor you.
