Cramping and blood at 9 weeks

Hi all
I posted yesterday as I had lost symptoms such as sore boobs and had very light brown spotting. This morning I woke with cramping for 30 mins and then this disappeared. This afternoon I have red blood, not super heavy but still so worried as there's some cramps too :( I previously miscarried in January and this is just devastating to be going through it again.
I'm holding out less and less hope but has anyone had this and still had a healthy pregnancy?

I'm in exactly the same boat, awaiting a scan at EPU in the morning.
Their advice to me was if you are filling more than a pad in an hour to get yourself to a&e.
Contact your EPU and get in for a scan as soon as you can. It really might be nothing, But better to know.
I'll be thinking of you.

Oh bless you. I called 111 this morning and they said over the weekend the only way for me to be seen would be at a&e but mines not heavy enough at the mo. Also my hospital doesn't do scans at weekends so I'll have to call in the morning. It's the not knowing that's the worst. I so want it to be all ok :( I'll be thinking of you too please keep me updated.
