Hi all, I’ve posted a few times about this before.

Still waiting for that flutter or kick and now 20 weeks. Scan is on Monday and I can’t wait to seek reassurance on this. I just want to see baby moving so bad on screen so I can believe something is inside me as I feel NOTHING. Still have my nausea which I’ve had since week 5 albeit it’s much lighter now but still very much there.

Just coming on to seek some reassurance really. Hopefully this is all down to an anterior placenta!

I was 25 weeks before I felt any movement and this is with my second baby. I wouldn't worry at all! Hopefully you will feel something soon x

Anterior placenta is a very big factor in not being able to feel movement, especially as you are only 20 weeks. It can take a couple more weeks.

You can try some things to get baby moving like drinking a very cold glass of water, playing music near your belly, getting down on the floor and leaning over your sofa, etc.

I wouldn't worry too much just yet. I have an anterior placenta too and it was quite frustrating at first. I now feel very strong kicks and can see them too! Although it's now made me anxious that baby is back to back and will be for labour!

I have an anterior placenta and have posted about it loads coz I’m absolutely hating it. I first felt movement close to 22 weeks. Since then I have days where I hardly feel anything and I’m coming up to 27 weeks. Somedays I have to really concentrate and lying really still to feel the most light movement and it makes me so paranoid and upset. I don’t really have any suggestions but wanted you to know there are people with you going through the same thing so completely understand your worry. X

Hi
I will be 20wks on Monday and I am the same, I haven't felt baby yet, it's my first pregnancy. I have my scan on Friday so just hoping everything is ok 🤞🏻
I didn't realise how worrying pregnancy could be!x

I had an anterior placenta with my second and barely felt movement all through the pregnancy. It was only when he was bigger and kicked to my side that I could properly feel him
