I'm 15 weeks, it's been very rough with hyperemesis, horrific migraine, hospital stays etc... but the constant nausea and violent vomiting from about week 4 has eased off quite a bit in the last week or so (in case that helps anyone going through the same!).

I'm now moving onto a fun new set of symptoms - random lightheadness, dizziness, incredibly out of breath, and general exhaustion (although have had that one for weeks). None of these are caused by activity - yes I get out of breath going upstairs, but I also get out of breath all of a sudden after sitting still on the sofa. Likewise with the dizziness and especially the lightheadedness - I'd expect this if I got up too quickly but it hits me like a truck out of nowhere. I've been keeping a note and it's not linked to eating or drinking times - there is no discernible cause I can see. It also lasts a good while on occasion - over an hour of feeling lightheaded last night.

Has anyone experienced similar, or has an idea what it might be? My midwife suggested it may be a side effect of the antiemetics, but I've not been taking them for over a week now. NHS website suggests anaemia but I had 'great' iron levels a few weeks ago according to my midwife - although she did suggest I call the GP if I'm concerned, which I have done and waiting for a call back. Just thought I'd ask here in the meantime.
